Job Summary We are seeking an early-career technologist with strong communication skills to support our automation roadmap. This role blends stakeholder discovery, process mapping, systems thinking, and hands‑on exploration of automation tools—including AI‑driven copilots, machine learning‑enhanced workflows, and integrations across our tech stack.
What You’ll Be Working On
Map current‑state workflows, data flows, and system interactions
Identify opportunities for AI‑enabled improvements (classification, routing, summarization, copilots, insight surfaces, automation triggers)
Support requirements gathering and translate needs into specs
Experiment with automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Make.com, Zapier)
Create clear documentation for operations and engineering
Track ROI, time savings, and success metrics
How You’ll Excel In Your Role
Interest in ML/AI concepts (NLP, agents, predictive modeling, embeddings)
Understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud tools, or data flows
Strong writing + synthesis skills to translate complexity

The monthly salary range for this position is $5,417- $5,917, with an annualized equivalent of $65,000 - $71,000.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position. The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
