Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field.
4+ years of progressive experience in site investigation/remediation under diverse regulatory programs (RCRA, CDPHE, Colorado ECMC, etc.).
Strong project management skills with proven ability to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
OSHA 40‑hour HAZWOPER certification and commitment to safety.
Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle; frequent travel required.
Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years of experience in site investigation/remediation under diverse regulatory programs.
Professional Certification (P.E. or P.G.) or pursuit of licensure.
Experience with innovative remedial technologies and sustainability‑focused approaches.
Local candidate preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Manage projects and lead technical teams for site investigation and remediation.
Plan and oversee field activities: sampling, drilling, well installation, vapor intrusion assessment, pilot tests, and system construction oversight.
Design and negotiate remedial solutions using emerging and traditional technologies.
Prepare technical proposals and support business development initiatives.
Mentor junior staff and build collaborative relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Stay ahead of industry trends and champion innovative remediation strategies.
Compensation and Benefits Annual base pay: $93,225–$132,849 (USD). Pay depends on education, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs. Possible bonus pay (subject to company policies).
Benefits: paid time off, parental leave, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D insurance, 401(k), and other applicable benefits.
