Key Duties
Draft complaints, discovery, and motions for class certification in wage & hour violations.
Conduct due diligence, depositions, and mediations for multi-plaintiff actions.
Advise on strategy for overtime, breaks, and misclassification claims.
Represent clients in state and federal courtrooms, including arguing motions for class certification.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years in plaintiff wage & hour class/collective actions (NY bar).
Proven track record in certifications, settlements, and worker advocacy.
Excellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset eager for autonomy, NY build-out, and equity partnership.
