About The Role This Program Management position will be part of the Volume and Scale Pricing Frameworks Team, shaping future technology strategy and driving cross-product and federal-level initiatives. We are looking for a program manager to help lead programs or projects involving departmental and cross-functional teams focused on delivering new systems and infrastructure capabilities. In this highly visible role, the program manager will help drive alignment across multiple cross-functional teams to meet key business objectives and milestones. The program manager will provide strategic program management by working with a broad set of partner organizations (Pricing Operations, Pricing Technologies, Engineering Development, Quality Assurance, and cross‑functional Program Management). The candidate will also be responsible for designing and refining a set of standardized, repeatable portfolio management processes to tackle complex, cross‑company initiatives and drive execution.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to build strategic roadmaps, transforming into execution plans and delivering against business objectives and milestones.

Perform project planning to establish an overall project plan, including key milestones, and drive progress to achieve the project plan within time constraints.

Understand and coordinate the sequencing of projects to make progress.

Understand and assess critical paths and dependencies for delivering projects and facilitate discussions between project teams, Pricing Ops, Pricing Technologies, and Engineering.

Perform risk management duties by identifying and analyzing risk management controls and contingency plans to increase the probability of positive events for the project.

Aggregate, organize, and synthesize program and project information to communicate with the extended team and management.

Resolve misalignments across requirements, priorities, and schedule.

Evaluate existing processes and procedures. Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices (processes, tools, etc.) to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Drive release management activities to ensure the successful deployment of system capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong program and project management skills, demonstrating a collaborative mindset.

Experience leading transformation programs, defining and establishing program structure and governance frameworks.

Ability to handle complex, highly cross‑functional projects with a highly matrixed environment.

Ability to work with technical teams – can help translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and think quick on your feet given the fast change in business needs.

Strong influencing and interpersonal skills, and ability to develop positive relationships.

Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills with the ability to appropriately communicate with the intended audience, especially executives.

Excellent documentation skills.

Quick learner and proactive in solving problems.

System tool knowledge: SharePoint, Jira, MSFT Office, SAP, Workfront, and Pricing Tools a plus.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree.

Compensation $51.06 per hour.
