Join Gilead and help create possible, together. Job Description We are seeking an experienced business and human resources leader to join our team. This role will serve as Senior Director, Human Resources Business Partner for our Global Commercial Strategy and Operations (GCSO) organization. GCSO is a ~260-person organization that manages all global commercial functions for Gilead spanning strategy, decision sciences, and operations, and is responsible for the success of the commercialization process between R&D and the commercial markets and ensuring proper Global commercial planning to maximize the value of Gilead’s therapeutic assets. This individual will act as a strategic partner for senior business leaders and will have a business-focused approach to help translate objectives to workforce strategies. The role will primarily support the Senior Vice President, GCSO, as well as VP-level leadership team. In addition, this individual will serve as a key member of the Gilead Commercial HR team on planning and delivering HR programs and services.
