Soliant Health is currently seeking a Staff Pharmacist licensed in the State of New York for full‑time employment in a specialty pharmacy setting. This direct hire opportunity is in the Bronx and offers a Monday‑Friday fixed schedule.
Requirements:
Active NY license
At least 2 years experience in a specialty pharmacy
(Preferred) Certified Specialty Pharmacist (CSP)
Key Responsibilities
Manage complex medication regimens and provide expert guidance for drugs used to treat complex, chronic, or rare conditions.
Support patient adherence by monitoring patients, improving adherence through education, follow‑ups, and support.
Provide patient education and counseling on specialty medications, including training for self‑administered drugs like injections.
Assist with financial and insurance support by connecting patients with assistance programs and handling insurance verifications.
Ensure proper medication handling, storage, and distribution.
Monitor and report patient symptoms to the healthcare team to optimize therapy and manage side effects.
Compensation for this position ranges from $60.00 to $75.00/hour (depending on experience).
