We are seeking a detail‑obsessed Junior Sous Chef specialized in pastry to lead a high‑volume, fast‑paced scratch kitchen. The role involves managing daily operations, supervising line staff, handling inventory, and delivering on‑the‑spot solutions.

Responsibilities

Motivate an amazing team while managing daily kitchen operations.

Assist in all manner of food prep and line staff supervision.

Handle inventory and produce thoughtful on‑the‑spot solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of similar work experience in pastry.

Post‑secondary diploma or degree is a plus.

Advanced knowledge of culinary operations and proven financial performance.

Strong leadership, communication (verbal & written), and guest and team engagement skills.

Flexible and willing to work a 24‑hour operation.

Hourly Pay: $32.00
