Fund Formation Attorney This top global law firm is seeking a Fund Formation Attorney with two or more years of private investment fund formation experience. Experience representing sponsors and investors in private investment funds is also desired, as well as completing fund formation transactions, sponsor‑level transactions (i.e., involving the general partner and management company entities) and secondary transactions involving limited partner and/or portfolio company interests.
