Our Domino's Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business! General Managers handle all aspects of running a Domino's Pizza store, including leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.
Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. For many of our General Managers, the ultimate goal is to own their own business. Great Pay!
Starting base hourly wage of $19.50 with bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
Set and maintain high standards for product quality.
Manage daily operations, including inventory, staffing, scheduling and store merchandising.
Address customer concerns promptly and uphold company policies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant store environment.
Track and analyze financial performance to maximize profitability.
Physical Requirements
Standing : Most tasks performed from a standing position on ceramic tile or linoleum floors. Work surfaces between 36" and 48" high.
Walking : Short distances for short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and delivery vehicle, and vehicle to customer locations.
Sitting : Paperwork completed at a desk or table in the office.
Lifting : Bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds) unloaded by hand truck; cases of ingredients and supplies carried up to 3' x 1.5'. Cases lifted from floor to shelves up to 72" high.
Carrying : Small items such as large cans (3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lbs) and trays of dough (12 lbs per tray) carried over short distances.
Pushing & Pulling : Trays on dollies pushed or pulled (up to 7.5 lbs force for 24"–30" trays).
Climbing : Infrequent navigation of stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks.
Stooping / Bending : Forward bending at the waist necessary at pizza assembly stations; repetitive 30–45 sec bouts.
Crouching / Squatting : Occasionally performed to stock shelves or clean low areas.
Reaching : Continuous reach up, down, forward; up to 72" to operate ovens or change sign prices; hand scooping of ingredients or washing dishes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 18 years old.
Valid U.S. employment authorization.
At least one year of successful store management experience (required for franchise eligibility).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and multitask.
Friendly, organized, and efficient time‑manager.
Works well with others and under stress.
Must work weekends and a minimum of five closing nights a week (including Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
Flexible and able to adapt to changing schedules.
Excellent customer service and motivational skills.
Capability to train, develop and schedule staff; place orders and maintain inventory.
Adherence to Domino’s Policies and consistent phone answer policies.
Ability to keep store image and standards consistently high.
Preferred restaurant experience.
Capable of making decisions and responding to customer concerns promptly.
