General Manager (03612) - 18807 Union Tpke Our Domino’s Pizza General Managers are the backbone of our business. They handle all aspects of running a Domino’s Pizza store, leading their team, setting high standards for customer service, and maintaining exceptional product quality standards.

Opportunities: Our Management Development Program allows only our own store managers to apply for franchising opportunities. The ultimate goal for many is to own their own business. Eligible managers have successfully managed a Domino’s Pizza store for at least a year. Career paths within the corporation include Trainer or Regional Manager.

Great Pay: Managers are paid a starting base hourly wage of $19.50, with bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.

Qualified management applicants must be at least 18 years old. Management experience is a plus. Candidates must be able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical Requirements

Standing: most tasks are performed from a standing position. Walking surfaces include ceramic tile or linoleum. Work surfaces are 36" to 48" high.

Walking: short distances and short durations; delivery personnel travel between store and delivery vehicle and to customers.

Sitting: paperwork normally completed in an office at a desk or table.

Lifting: bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more; often unloading up to 50 pounds in cases roughly 3′ × 1½′.

Carrying: large cans (3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (30 lb), trays of dough (12 lb per tray) and pizzas with beverages while walking.

Pushing/Pulling: moving trays on dollies (24–30″, 7.5 lb force) and sometimes pulling at the front of the store.

Climbing: occasionally navigate stairs or ladder to change signs, wash walls, perform maintenance.

Bending/Stooping/Squatting: forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station; bending repeated 30–45 seconds at a time, continuously during the day.

Reaching: reaching above 72″ to turn oven controls, change prices, lift objects from shelves, as well as reaching down for tasks.

Using machines/tools: pencils, pens, computers, telephones, pizza cutter, peel, and equipment.

Additional Information

Valid U.S. employment authorization that allows you to work in the United States.

Friendly, works well with others.

Works well under stress in a high‑paced environment.

Organized, efficient in time management.

Must work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Preferred restaurant experience.

Ability to multitask.

Flexible but must understand you must work a minimum of 5 closing nights a week, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, non‑negotiable.

Motivational, enthusiastic, possess ability to train and develop a team.

Able to make employee schedules, place store food orders/maintain inventory, keep store employees in proper image, respond to customer concerns.

Must be able to follow Team Sharma Domino’s Policies and work together as a team.

Must understand all store calls must be answered after the first ring.

Exceptional product above all.

Requires management experience and the ability to serve as a strong leader in a fast‑paced environment.
