Outpatient Practice Model:
Full-time role focused on ADHD, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma-related care Collaborative Multidisciplinary Team:
Work alongside a C&A psychiatrist, NP, fellows, residents, externs, MAs, and RN support Predictable Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with no evenings or inpatient duties Light Call Structure:
Consult-only call shared 1:8 on weekends; no holiday or overnight requirements Who You Are
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Open to experienced physicians and 2025 graduates Eligible for H1B or J1 visa sponsorship Comfortable in a teaching and collaborative practice setting Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary:
$300,000 guaranteed with quality bonus opportunities Signing Bonus & Relocation:
