Join SAP as a Senior Product Manager to build AI‑powered customer‑facing capabilities across SAP Business Network (SBN) applications. This hybrid role is based in Palo Alto.

Role Overview We’re seeking a builder who thrives at the intersection of AI innovation, supply‑chain workflows, data strategy, and customer impact. You will define and deliver AI‑powered features, predictive analytics, agentic workflows, and cross‑app intelligence that drive measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Insights Strategy Across SBN Apps
Define and execute the roadmap for AI, agentic workflows, benchmarking, predictive insights, and data‑driven intelligence across all SBN applications.
Collaborate with SBN Apps product leads (SCC, BN4L, BNAC, DPP) to integrate reusable AI components and cross‑app insights.
Coordinate with SBN Core, Marketplace, and SCO product teams on joint prioritization and development of AI capabilities.
Customer‑Facing AI Product Ownership
Design and deliver AI features such as exception insights, automated document validation, forecast‑commit intelligence, carrier visibility provider benchmarking, and anomaly detection.
Drive adoption and ensure AI features deliver measurable business value.
Execution & Cross‑Functional Leadership
Work with engineering, data science, design, architecture, and AI platform teams to execute roadmap priorities.
Produce high‑quality product artifacts (PRDs, AI experience flows, user stories, demos, customer decks).
Validate requirements and co‑innovate by engaging directly with customers and strategic accounts.
Thought Leadership & Influence
Support executive‑level communication and articulate the value of AI and intelligence across SBN applications.
Monitor AI market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to translate into product opportunities.
Operate effectively in a matrixed environment and influence across teams and time zones.
Required Qualifications
7–10+ years of product management experience.
Experience building and launching customer‑facing AI/ML products in enterprise or B2B platforms.
Proven record delivering AI‑driven insights, predictive analytics, or workflow automation with measurable adoption.
Strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, logistics, or asset collaboration processes.
Excellent communication skills – simplifying complex AI concepts for business stakeholders while partnering with technical teams.
Ability to influence without authority across global, cross‑functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with agentic AI, generative AI, or multimodal intelligence for enterprise workflows.
Experience building scalable data products, cross‑application insights, or benchmarking engines.
Familiarity with SAP technologies, S/4HANA processes, or large‑scale B2B networks.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata, data quality, and MDM concepts.
Experience engaging with large enterprise customers, leading design partner programs, or driving co‑innovation.
MBA or advanced technical degree.
Ability to operate in ambiguity and shape long‑term strategy in fast‑evolving AI domains.
Experience creating product frameworks, KPIs, and adoption strategies for platform‑wide AI capabilities.
Compensation & Benefits Annualized compensation range: USD 173,300 – 294,700 (base salary and variable incentive target). Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), and more.
