Cataract/Refractive Surgeon - Partnership Track

Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Comprehensive General Ophthalmologist with cataract surgery experience to join our thriving team. With an established referral network and high surgical volume, you will have immediate access to a robust patient base and cutting‑edge technology for premium IOLs, femtosecond laser‑assisted cataract surgery, and refractive procedures. We also welcome candidates with subspecialties such as oculoplastics, cornea or glaucoma, who would integrate seamlessly into our group.
Key Responsibilities
Perform cataract, refractive, and related ocular surgeries.
RESIDENTS WELCOME!
Manage patients from surgical evaluation through post‑op care.
Educate patients on surgical options, including premium IOLs.
Collaborate with a multi‑specialty team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
Participate in practice growth initiatives.
Qualifications
M.D. or D.O. with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency.
Fellowship training in refractive surgery preferred, not required.
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Ophthalmology.
Texas medical license or ability to obtain prior to start.
Dedication to patient care and surgical excellence.
