Per Diem Primary Care Physician (Casual Employee)

“Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, with actual hours varying according to office needs
Location:
Seeing patients across multiple offices in Aventura, FL
Including: Aventura, Las Olas, and Pembroke Pine
Weekly schedule will include hours at severalclinics in Aventura, FL
Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.
What you’ll be working on:
Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
Currently licensed or ability to obtain licensure in the state of Atlanta
The ability to build successful relationships with team members and communicate effectively both 1-on-1 and in groups.
Can thrive in a fast-growing, mission driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
