Employment Type
“Casual Employee” (per diem, hourly clinician role)
Anticipated average of 8–20 patient care hours per week, varying according to office needs
Location
Seeing patients across multiple offices in Aventura, FL
Locations: Aventura, Las Olas, and Pembroke Pine
Weekly schedule will include hours at several clinics in Aventura, FL
Candidates must be willing to work at any of these locations as needed.
What You’ll Be Working On
Seeing patients with a broad array of needs; conducting acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel‑building role)
Treating patients in‑office and occasionally via tele‑health
Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, and with virtual clinical teams
Utilizing your clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
Education, Licenses, and Experience Required
At least 2 years of primary care experience
Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Florida
Strong relationship‑building and communication skills (1‑on‑1 and group)
Ability to thrive in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven organization focused on data‑driven patient outcomes
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency program
Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Other Desirable Attributes
A passion for human‑centered primary care
Skill in communicating with and caring for individuals of all backgrounds
Proficiency in using technology to deliver high‑quality care
Evidence‑based clinical proficiency
Desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery
Openness to feedback and reflection for continuous improvement
Confidence in navigating uncertain situations with patients and colleagues
Readiness to adapt behavior to meet patient needs
