This is a Limited Term position which may be extended to 24 months or become permanent.

The incumbent works in front of a dual-monitor computer system under artificial light in an office setting with long periods of working in a sitting or standing position.

Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) required.

The SOQ serves as documentation of each applicant’s ability to present information clearly and concisely in writing. The SOQ must be typed, no more than two pages in length, and 12‑point Arial font.

Desirable Qualifications Must have knowledge of budgeting and accounting processes, work successfully independently and as part of a team, establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, prioritize and complete assignments expeditiously, multi‑task with changing assignments and manage changing priorities, collect, develop, categorize, maintain and summarize information, exhibit creative, logical thinking and openness to new ideas and opinions. Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel, are critical. Must be able to use advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, formulas and V- and X‑LOOKUP. Incumbent must communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, handle sensitive financial matters with confidentiality, follow department policies and best practices in budgeting and program management, and be open to feedback and coaching. Analytical requirements include logical and creative reasoning, presenting recommendations, evaluating existing processes, developing improvements, identifying problems and proposing effective recommendations. Must be a critical thinker with troubleshooting skills.
