an Account Executive , you will own a focused book of strategic accounts and be accountable for growing revenue from AI data, training data, and GenAI solutions that ship to production. You will work with some of the most advanced platform and cloud players in the world.

About our client Our client is a global AI and data company that helps leading technology and enterprise organisations build and scale production grade AI.

They combine platforms, tools and a large expert community to deliver training data, evaluation, RLHF and multilingual AI solutions for complex, high‑impact use cases.

The work is global, fast‑moving and closely tied to the most strategic AI initiatives in their customers roadmaps.

The opportunity In this role, you will focus on a few highly strategic accounts within the cloud and GenAI ecosystem. You will collaborate with technical and commercial stakeholders on the customer side, as well as with solution, delivery and product teams internally, to increase revenue and strengthen long‑term partnerships. You will be evaluated based on new revenue, account growth, and adoption of AI data and GenAI solutions within your portfolio.

What you will do

Own full‑cycle sales for AI data and GenAI solutions in a focused portfolio of strategic accounts.

Develop and execute account plans that expand relationships across business, procurement, technical and executive stakeholders.

Partner with internal solution and delivery teams to shape proposals, RFP responses and commercials that are technically sound and commercially attractive.

Navigate complex buying processes involving sourcing, legal, security and finance teams.

Build and manage a healthy pipeline within your accounts, with accurate forecasting and clear visibility of key opportunities.

Lead negotiations that create value for the customer while protecting margin and delivery feasibility.

Represent the organisation in senior customer meetings on GenAI, AI data and roadmap alignment.

What you bring

5–8 years of B2B sales or solution sales experience, selling complex services or solutions.

A track record of closing multi‑stakeholder, multi‑million dollar deals with enterprise or platform customers.

Experience selling data, ML, or AI solutions to technical audiences such as data scientists, ML engineers, or platform teams.

Experience working with sourcing or procurement teams and managing structured RFP processes.

Strong communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders at senior levels.

Comfort working in a global, multi‑time zone environment with changing priorities.

Plus qualifications

Experience working with cloud, platform, or foundation model providers.

Background in AI data vendors, GenAI platforms, or evaluation and RLHF providers.

Experience with usage‑based or consumption‑based commercial mode.

Location and Set Up

Location: US‑based, with a preference for major tech hubs such as the Bay Area, Seattle, New York, or similar.

Work pattern: Hybrid or remote first, with occasional travel to customers and internal leadership meetings.

Package

Competitive base salary in the region of USD 160,000–180,000.

Performance‑based variable compensation (OTE) linked to revenue and account growth.
