Introduction ARServices is seeking a Knowledge Management (KM) Analyst to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Research & Development Directorate (RD) Counter WMD Technologies Department. In this position, the candidate will provide Advisory and Assistance Services (A&A) KM support across the organization.

Position Description The Knowledge Management Analyst will design, propose, implement and maintain KM capabilities in support of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Acquisition Management, Task Management, and Technical Program Management opportunities. This position will support a multi-phased IT Digital modernization strategic plan for the Department, serving as a thought leader and architect. Additionally, this position will execute day-to-day monitoring and maintenance of internally facing Department SharePoint sites as a Web Content Manager.

Location & Travel This is a full-time position based in Fort Belvoir, VA with 5% travel expected.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and implement new dashboards and sites for support of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Acquisition Management, Task Management, and Technical Program Management as approved by department leadership

Serve as thought leader and architect for department IT digital modernization initiative

Update and maintain department and division SharePoint sites and pages, including lists, libraries, media content, and other web parts

Manage access to sites, including assigning and removing permissions, creating and maintaining areas with restricted access for sensitive material, and enforcing SharePoint and DTRA best practices and policies for site governance and security

Create and update trackers and dashboards for deliverables, tasks, and events for divisions

Web Content Manager for department and divisions

Troubleshoot local SharePoint issues and coordinate with agency IT to resolve issues

Train secondary Web Content Managers and assist with division-level SP O&M

Train user community on SharePoint-related topics and functionality

Complete ad hoc requests from government leads, task leads, and other users

Redesign SP user interfaces for department site and all division sites

Security Clearance Requirement

Active Top Secret/SCI

Required Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Knowledge Management, data management, or computer science discipline

Current DoD Top Secret clearance with current access to SCI

At least five (5) years of Knowledge Management or IT experience

At least three (3) years of experience in DoD organizations

Expertise in MS Office suite applications

Expertise in MS Excel, PowerBI and SharePoint applications

Strong written and oral communication skills and experience developing and presenting complex information to senior Government officials using Microsoft PowerPoint application

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting DTRA or related DoD programs

Familiarity with GenAI use within government organizations
