Director, Supply Chain Management
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: Standard business hours

Position Overview This role is responsible for overseeing the operational use of Supply Chain systems, primarily Lawson, while supporting supply expense analytics and savings initiatives across the organization. The Director will maintain the item master, analyze purchasing and expense trends, and tie supply usage back to Epic clinical data. This position requires a strong healthcare supply chain background, hands‑on system expertise, and the ability to support service line stakeholders with accurate, actionable data.
Job Responsibilities
Manage operational use of Lawson Supply Chain
Maintain item master data including pricing, units of measure, and item conversions
Perform waterfall analyses on purchased supply items
Analyze and trend supply expense data
Tie supply expense back to Epic clinical utilization
Track monthly savings from item conversions (approximately 90% of savings activity) and practice changes
Support service line leaders with supply utilization and cost insights
Partner with GHX on item data, customization, and cleansing
Support the opening and operation of a CSC warehouse
Utilize Excel for reporting and analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Provide back‑end support to sourcing activities as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
6–8+ years of healthcare supply chain experience
Strong Lawson Supply Chain expertise required
Experience working with GHX
Working knowledge of Epic in a healthcare environment
Strong analytical and Excel skills
Ability to operate at both tactical and director levels
Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills
