Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our roofing company. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and learning about the construction industry. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers, assist the office team with day-to-day tasks, and help maintain an efficient and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Greet and assist walk-in customers and visitors
• Take messages and route them to the appropriate team members
• Maintain an organized front desk and office area
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks
• Help schedule appointments or service calls as needed
• Support the team with general office duties and small tasks
• Receive and organize mail, deliveries, and job documents

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (no prior experience required)
• Friendly and professional attitude with strong communication skills
• Basic computer and phone skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to multitask and work well with a team
• Willingness to learn about roofing services and office procedures

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday (9am-6pm)

Compensation:

Hourly pay based on experience, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Compensation: $13–$16/hour, depending on experience.

Opportunities for growth into office coordination or project support roles.
