Title: Overnight Pharmacy Fulfillment Representative Location: Bolingbrook, IL Pay Rate: $19/hr Contract Type: 6-month contract (with potential to extend or convert) Shifts Available: Mon–Wed: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (24 hours/week) Mon–Wed: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (30 hours/week) Job Summary Join our Micro Fulfillment Center as a Pharmacy Fulfillment Representative, supporting the preparation and distribution of prescription medications. You’ll work with automated fulfillment systems to ensure prescriptions are accurately processed, labeled, and shipped. This role supports pharmacists and helps ensure high-quality service for patients while maintaining HIPAA compliance. Key Responsibilities Process new patient registration using standard prescription data entry procedures. Handle patient prescription requests and accurately enter refill orders. Count and fill prescriptions, affix labels, pack, and ship medications. Assist pharmacists on-site and remotely as needed. Respond to inbound and outbound patient or physician calls when required. Operate automated machinery, sort medications, and manage inventory through workflow stages. Clean and maintain machinery and work areas. Troubleshoot missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations. Resolve data entry exceptions and process prescription claim rejections. Basic Qualifications Healthcare/warehouse experience required Ability to apply for an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license prior to start date. High School Diploma or GED. Basic computer skills (Windows navigation, internet browsing, and data entry). Ability to push, pull, grasp, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working overnight shifts in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or warehouse settings. Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Intermediate keyboarding skills (25–35 WPM). Willingness to work flexible overnight schedules.
