bdrollinger@alinestaffing.com Overview The Manufacturing Operator 1 is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining automated production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. Operators will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure consistent product quality while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and shut down automated production lines, including managing changeovers and adjustments Perform routine and preventative maintenance; identify and escalate equipment repair needs Troubleshoot machine faults and resolve basic performance or quality issues Accurately document production, quality, and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP standards Monitor operational metrics such as output, scrap, and downtime Use SAP to manage inventory and production data; utilize MES for workflow support and traceability Pull and feed raw materials; manage inventory of components and finished goods Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts Provide input on SOPs and assist with training new team members Support overtime needs as required by business operations
