A-Line Staffing is now hiring an Overnight Manufacturing Operator 1 in Mebane, NC. The Manufacturing Operator 1 will be working for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:

• The pay for this position is $20.50 per hour (includes $1.00 shift differential)
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates


Highlights:

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Wednesday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, with rotating Thursday 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
Overnight shift in a regulated manufacturing environment


Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and shut down automated production equipment, including changeovers and line adjustments
• Monitor production processes to ensure consistent product quality and compliance with specifications
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and escalate equipment repair needs as required
• Troubleshoot basic machine faults and resolve performance or quality issues
• Accurately document production, quality, and maintenance activities in compliance with GMP standards
• Track and support improvements to key operational metrics such as output, scrap, and downtime
• Use SAP and MES systems to manage inventory, production data, and workflow traceability
• Pull, stage, and feed raw materials into production lines
• Participate in root-cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with SOP updates and support training of new team members
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in accordance with safety and housekeeping policies
• Support overtime requirements based on business needs
• Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a regulated environment xrczosw
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify deviations from specifications
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical or equipment-related issues
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to read, interpret, and document charts, diagrams, and basic production data
• Basic computer proficiency in a Windows-based environment
• Familiarity with SAP and MES systems preferred
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive motions


Education:

Required: High School Diploma or GED
