Position Overview We are seeking an

IT Business Analyst

with experience supporting

Oracle Fusion Financial Systems

or other

cloud-based ERP platforms

. This role partners with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, support integrations, and assist with testing and documentation efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in

IT business analysis

with helpful exposure to

accounting or financial processes

. This is a

contract-to-hire opportunity

offering long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows for

Oracle Fusion Financial Systems

.

Document current-state and future-state processes to support business and financial objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment of requirements.

Financial Systems Support Support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including

General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR)

, and related components.

Assist with analysis and support of system integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise applications.

Provide functional support for system enhancements and ongoing optimization efforts.

Testing, Documentation & Training Support system and user acceptance testing to validate business and technical requirements.

Assist with creation of

process documentation, functional specifications, and end-user training materials

.

Help validate system changes and support deployment readiness.

Project & Change Support Support financial systems initiatives by providing analysis, data, and insights.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with change management activities.

Perform additional tasks as needed to support successful project delivery.
