Our client, a fast-growing organization in a recession-resistant services industry, is seeking a Manager of FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis initiatives. This role is highly visible, reports into senior leadership, and plays a critical part in supporting growth and acquisitions.
Salary:
$130,000- $145,000

Responsibilities: Manager of FP&A
Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-range strategic planning
Develop and maintain financial models supporting operating plans and business decisions
Analyze trends in revenue, COGS, SG&A, and capital expenditures
Monitor KPIs, investigate variances, and partner with leaders on corrective actions
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and board-level presentations
Provide strategic financial support for senior management, including acquisition analysis
Lead ad hoc financial analysis and special projects
Support integration efforts for acquired businesses
Implement and enhance BI tools and dashboards for leadership reporting
Manage and develop a small FP&A team
Qualifications: Manager of FP&A
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred
5+ years of FP&A leadership experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting principles
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning in a multi-site environment
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; dashboard or BI experience a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves Manager of FP&A who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Ability to partner effectively across departments and influence decision-making
