Direct Hire Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Program Development Design and implement a comprehensive campus recruiting and early talent strategy aligned with workforce planning. Build and scale university relations and early talent programs from the ground up with limited resources. Establish annual goals for campus engagement, hiring events, and conversion metrics; track and adjust strategies as needed. Partner with HR leadership and business units to forecast early-career hiring needs. University Relations & Employer Branding Build and maintain strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, technical schools, and student organizations. Serve as a brand ambassador at campus and virtual events. Collaborate with Marketing to strengthen employer branding among students and early-career professionals. Recruitment & Candidate Engagement Lead on-campus and virtual recruiting activities, including career fairs, info sessions, and networking events. Serve as the primary point of contact for early talent candidates, delivering a high-touch candidate experience. Align sourcing strategies with hiring manager needs and organizational priorities. Hiring Event Management Oversee planning and execution of in-person and virtual hiring events. Manage logistics, marketing, candidate flow, and post-event analytics. Analyze outcomes and recommend process improvements. Scholarship & Tuition Initiatives Support administration and promotion of scholarship and tuition reimbursement programs. Track participation, ROI, and impact on hiring and retention outcomes. Data, Reporting & Compliance Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records for campus activity, pipelines, and events. Prepare executive-level reports on ROI and conversion metrics. Ensure compliance with hiring regulations and company policies. Team Leadership & Development Lead and mentor a team of campus recruiters. Establish performance metrics, conduct regular check-ins, and support professional development. Demonstrate leadership in building new teams while launching new programs. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in campus recruiting, university relations, or early talent program development. Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Proven experience building or scaling early talent programs from the ground up. Experience recruiting for clinical roles (nursing, allied health, medical technology) preferred. Strong understanding of healthcare education pipelines, credentialing pathways, and workforce trends. Experience supporting scholarship and tuition reimbursement initiatives preferred. Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and virtual recruiting platforms. Strong strategic thinking, organizational, relationship-building, and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field — or equivalent experience. Working Conditions Traditional office environment with exposure to conditions common in oncology/hematology clinic settings. Extensive computer-based work required. Occasional standing, walking, and lifting items up to 40 lbs. Benefits Available Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
