Rate:
$65 - $78 per hour. on W2 Traveler
: $3000 - $3400 weekly gross
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct and compassionate patient care in a critical care setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate advanced clinical skills, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively in high-acuity situations while collaborating with an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities: Deliver safe and effective nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including vital signs, lab values, and response to treatments. Administer medications, IV therapies, and life-saving interventions as prescribed. Operate and manage advanced life-support equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Provide education, support, and communication to patients and their families. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
