Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurosurgical ICU
Duration: 3+ months contract (possibility of extension)
Location: Neptune, NJ
Schedule: Nights - 7pm to 7:30am (3*12)hrs shift, Weekends and Holidays as needed.
Note: Float as needed to other ICU units.
Pay rate: $55/hour to $60/hour on w2
**Non-Taxable Per Diem is provided to the qualified candidate living more than 50 miles from the facility** Job Summary: Intensive, round-the-clock care for critically ill brain/spine patients, focusing on frequent neurological assessments, managing ICP (Intracranial Pressure), life support (ventilators), medication titration (sedatives, vasopressors), EVD/drain care, seizure management, assisting with complex neuro procedures, and providing vital family communication and support, all while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.
