Recruiter (Bilingual English Spanish) – Centers Health Care

Full‑time recruiter position located in Brooklyn, NY.

Base pay range: $35,000.00/yr - $42,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Assist potential applicants through the application process
• Verify references and certificates
• Enter staff information into computer and periodically update to ensure accuracy
• Schedule appointments at the clinic office for employees needing physicals or special procedures
• Ensure all paperwork is completed and filed correctly in a timely fashion into staff charts
• Create certificates for orientation/in‑service for those in attendance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Good telephone, organizational, typing and communication skills
• Ability to communicate with various office locations
• Detail‑oriented, good interpersonal skills, punctual and motivated
