We are seeking a full-time, onsite Pain Management Physician to independently manage and grow our pain program while delivering both traditional pain management and advanced regenerative interventions . Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with general and complex pain conditions Provide comprehensive pain management , including: Medication management Conservative and multimodal pain strategies Perform interventional pain procedures, including: Epidural steroid injections Nerve blocks Joint, spine, and musculoskeletal injections Radiofrequency ablation (as applicable) Perform and manage regenerative medicine interventions , including: Stem cell therapies Exosome-based treatments PRP and other biologic injections Integrate regenerative therapies to improve function and reduce long-term opioid dependence Educate patients on pain management options, regenerative therapies, and recovery expectations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical standards Stay current with advancements in pain and regenerative medicine Compensation & Benefits Highly Competitive Salary Up to $800,000 $120,000 Bonus Package (sign-on relocation/housing assistance) Employer-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance ️ Malpractice coverage: $1M / $3M , fully covered 401(k) with 6% employer match 6 weeks PTO 6 paid holidays 7 sick days $5,000 CME allowance 5 paid CME days ️ Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM No nights, weekends, or hospital call You re a Great Fit If You Are Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pain Medicine (or related specialty) Have completed a Pain Management Fellowship Are comfortable managing general pain patients as well as interventional cases Have experience with or strong interest in regenerative pain therapies Hold (or can obtain) an active Wyoming medical license and DEA registration Value autonomy, innovation, and physician-led practice Life in Gillette, Wyoming Located between the Big Horn Mountains and the Black Hills , Gillette offers: Safe, family-oriented living Affordable housing and excellent schools Easy access to hiking, fishing, hunting, skiing, and national parks Hoskinson Health & Wellness Clinic is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
