Available Options for Teaching Position
Core Faculty (0.7 to 1 FTE)
Precepting Residents : Engage in teaching and guiding residents both in the clinic and hospital (40% of time).
Clinical Practice : Provide clinical care in our residency clinic (40% of time).
Administrative & Curriculum Development : Dedicated time to program administration and curriculum development (20% of time).
Inpatient Core Faculty (0.5 to 1 FTE)
Precepting Residents : Serve as a hospitalist, precepting residents in the hospital (80% of time).
Administrative & Curriculum Development : Allocate time for program administration and curriculum development (20% of time).
Precepting Residents (Part‑Time)
Precepting Residents : Engage in teaching and guiding residents both in the clinic and hospital.
Flexible Clinical Practice : Maintain your own clinical practice elsewhere or join CentraCare clinics.
Additional Opportunities : May include inpatient and/or maternity call.

Qualifications
Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License.
Experience as a Family Medicine Physician.
Pay and Benefits
Starting pay (first year) begins at $285,500 per year; exact wage determined by years of related experience.
Salary range: $285,500–$301,307 per year.
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate.
