Nona Biosciences
Conduct industry and company research in the biopharma/biotech space, build and maintain prioritized target account lists, identify potential partner companies and key decision-makers, and provide concise, structured insights to support BD outreach and conference activities.
Key Responsibilities
Research biopharma/biotech companies, platforms and pipelines; track industry trends across modalities and therapeutic areas.
Conduct deep-dive company analysis (leadership, pipelines, technology, funding, partnerships).
Identify key decision-makers and influencers (e.g., BD, CSO, Head of R&D/Discovery) for outreach.
Build, update and prioritize target account lists based on strategic fit and (where available) historical conversion or engagement data.
Prepare short company summaries, high-quality account briefs (“target packs”), and target lists to support BD meetings, outreach and conference preparation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date company/account data in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce/CRM).
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree; Life Sciences, Biotech, Pharmacy or Business preferred (PhD not required).
At least 1–3 years of relevant industry experience (e.g., biotech/pharma, CRO/CDMO, consulting, market/BD research).
Strong information search and analytical skills, with a structured way of thinking.
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise and structured insights.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable using online tools (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites, databases) for company and contact research.
Strong English reading and writing skills; comfortable working with industry terminology.
Fast learner, logical, detail-oriented, and curious about the biopharma industry, with a strong willingness to learn.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and/or prior experience in the biotech/pharma or CRO/CDMO industry is a plus.
