++IT Support Specialist (Help Desk)++
for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in
Santa Monica, CA . Details of the position are as follows:
Job Description
Pay: $21.40 to start!!
2 month assignment.
Mon-Fri, 9:30am-6:00pm
fully onsite role
Position will be mainly responsible for Mac and PC troubleshooting, as well as providing support by diagnosing and solving hardware or software issues.
Position will also be responsible for installing and supporting various third-party software and will also be asked to support AV and video conferencing troubleshooting requests.
Position will handle assisting with talking clients through a series of actions (face-to-face, telephone, or remote tools) to help resolve issues or configure systems.
Qualifications
High School Diploma is
Required!!
3+ years of experience in an IT support or Help Desk Role
Required!!
Experience with Mac and PC troubleshooting
Required!!
Proficiency in software installation and troubleshooting is
Required!!
Experience with ServiceNow (ticketing system)
Required!!
AV/video conferencing support experience
Required!!
Proficiency with MS Office 365 and JAMF/SCCM
Required!!
