Onco360 is looking for an experienced
Regional Business Director
to join our team!
This position will cover the Southeast Territory, which includes SC, NC, TN and GA. The Regional Business Director must live within the territory.
Onco360 Pharmacy is a unique oncology pharmacy model, created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the oncology pharmaceutical sales landscape and will be comfortable providing leadership and direction to a sales team.
Starting salary $140K and up plus commission**

Summary The Regional Business Director leads all sales and business development activities within the assigned region, providing strategic direction, team leadership, and performance oversight. This role is responsible for achieving regional revenue goals, strengthening key customer relationships, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategies. The Director leads a team of 6–8 Territory Managers, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and operational excellence. This leader is also responsible for providing leadership and strategy to their Inside Sales Manager to ensure alignment across all territories.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management: Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and performance feedback; foster motivation, collaboration and a winning sales culture; actively participate in regional as well as national sales calls and meetings.
Compliance & Strategy Execution: Ensure compliance and execution of sales strategies and initiatives; continuously review sales plans, reporting information & key performance trends.
Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance data; identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas; ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs; implement corrective action plans when necessary; ensure effective use of CRM tools.
Team Development: Identify deficiencies in skills; coach and train to improve capabilities; conduct scheduled one‑on‑one meetings; accompany reps on calls.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the AVP of Sales and the entire leadership team; oversee compliance with administrative tasks such as expense reporting; ensure reps comply with laws, regulations, and policies.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned; conduct duties in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards.
Qualifications
Education / Learning Experience : Bachelor’s degree in health care, business, or pharmacy administration.
Work Experience : Minimum of 3 years in Pharmaceutical or Specialty Pharmacy field management; proven sales track record indicating accomplishment and success.
Skills / Knowledge : Demonstrated analytical skills; strong understanding of oncology therapeutic area, products and marketplace; familiarity with trade relations, reimbursement environment, government programs, managed care, formulary and contract negotiation; strong presentation, organization, administrative and communication skills; desire Excel, Word, Outlook and Sales CRM Tools.
Behavior Competencies : Extensive travel within the assigned regional territory (70%); must live in region with immediate access to airport and transportation.
