Role Summary
Regional Business Director, Immunology Dermatology (SOUTHEAST) leads and develops a team of District Managers and Dermatology Sales Specialists across the Southeast region, interfacing with cross‑disciplinary stakeholders to drive compliant product sales growth and accomplish business objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead the team to maximize sales opportunities, ensuring collaboration and optimal use of resources to achieve results.
Develop and execute an aligned business plan aligned with Janssen brand strategies to deliver sales growth and meet marketplace needs.
Collaborate with internal partners and external stakeholders to develop access, build relationships, and establish effective operating networks.
Lead, motivate, coach, develop, and retain a diverse team; coach District Managers and Sales Specialists on business competencies and leadership imperatives.
Coach others to build mutual alignment with internal and external stakeholders and achieve customer‑centric outcomes in line with J&J Credo and HCC guidelines.
Set account goals and oversee account metrics and business performance.
Qualifications
Required: Seven (7) years of related experience, with at least five (5) years in cross‑functional commercial roles; prior direct people management/leadership experience; ability to develop and engage high‑performing, diverse teams; demonstrated commercial capabilities; valid US Driver‚Äôs License.
Preferred: Live within regional geography; cross‑functional experience beyond sales and learning & development; healthcare/pharmaceuticals experience; prior sales or DM experience; experience in inline or strategic marketing/marketing access; dermatology sales/marketing experience.
