Work Schedule 0.75–1.0 FTE, based on candidate preference. 14‑, 12‑, 10‑, and 8‑hour shifts available for flexibility. Optional weekend and/or PM shift commitments for additional compensation. Some weekend, night, holiday, and pager call may apply at certain locations. This position will be assigned a primary work location but the candidate must also be willing to work at any of the following locations: University Hospital, American Family Children’s Hospital, East Madison Hospital, Madison Surgery Center, and the Digestive Health Center in Madison, WI.
Pay
External hires may receive up to a $75,000 sign‑on bonus.
Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants.
RN and CRNA experience are considered when determining pay.

Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia care to a complex patient population under medical direction from UW Department of Anesthesiology faculty anesthesiologists.
Collaborate with administrative, nursing, physician, and other staff to assure safe, effective, quality patient care and to promote UW Health’s educational and research missions.
Work in an academic setting with ample opportunity to contribute to SRNA education. Case mix includes neuro, spine, orthopedic trauma, OB/GYN surgery, acute general surgery, transplant, plastics, trauma, cath lab, and outpatient surgery.

Education Minimum: Masters or Doctorate degree from an accredited CRNA program.
Certifications
Active RN license in WI.
Active national certification from the National Board of Certified and Recertified Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
