General Dentist - Meridian, Idaho Heartland Dental is seeking an enthusiastic General Dentist to join our supported practice in Meridian, Idaho. The ideal candidate will have full clinical autonomy, access to cutting‑edge technology and comprehensive resources for professional growth.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered care with a focus on preventive and restorative dentistry.

Utilize state‑of‑the‑art technology, including an iTero scanner, WaveOne Gold and VideaHealth AI to deliver efficient, high‑quality treatments.

Operate with full clinical autonomy while collaborating with a high‑performing team and supportive administrative staff.

Participate in world‑class continuing education programs and receive 1:1 mentorship to advance clinical skills.

Connect with a network of over 2,800 supported dentists to foster ongoing professional development and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

DDS or DMD degree with an active and unrestricted license in the state of Idaho.

A passion for delivering comprehensive, patient‑centered care and a commitment to fostering trust and comfort.

Demonstrated desire to continue learning and expanding clinical skills to meet evolving patient needs.

Ability to become credentialed with various dental insurance plans to provide seamless coverage for patients.

Physical Requirements

Perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Adapt to prolonged periods of sitting and standing, as well as lifting and carrying up to 45 pounds when necessary.

Attend periodic virtual training sessions (or in‑person when required) throughout the year.

Undergo tuberculosis (TB) testing as a standard safety requirement for all new hires.
