Located near the white sand beaches of Northwest Florida in DeFuniak Springs - At Walton Academy, we provide residential treatment to improve the lives of youth through mental health and substance abuse services. We offer skills and opportunities to our youth from Carpentry/Home Builders Institute, Sports to Culinary Arts.
Pay:
$75,000-80,000 annually

Day in the Life:
The Clinical Director will be part of a talented multidisciplinary team working together to expand much needed residential behavioral mental health and substance abuse services for teen male youths. This position supervises four Therapeutic Managers within the department.
To be considered you should:
Master's Degree in Social Work or Human Services. Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) preferred.
Current State licensure - LCSW, LMFT or LPC along with CACIII preferred.
Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities, with the ability to adjust to high pressure and rapidly changing business conditions.
