Compensation Starting at $80,000 per year.

Day in the Life The Clinical Director supervises four Therapeutic Managers and works collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to expand residential behavioral mental health and substance abuse services for teen male youths.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in social work or human services.
Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D. or Ph.D.) preferred.
Current state licensure – LCSW, LMFT, or LPC with CACIII preferred.
Five years of clinical and administrative experience in a hospital or residential setting preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple people and projects.
Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and adapt to high‑pressure, rapidly changing business conditions.
