The City of Mountain View is home to approximately 83,600 residents and many internationally recognized corporations, including Google, Microsoft, Intuit, and LinkedIn. Position Summary
This position will play a key role in advancing the City’s strategic priorities, with a focus on mobility and connectivity, and will serve as the staff liaison to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Committee. The ideal candidate will have a record of aligning work with City goals and stakeholder needs and successfully steering projects to completion. The successful candidate will have a history of building strong relationships with community groups, regional partners, and colleagues. Qualifications
Five (5) years of increasing responsible transportation planning or management experience, including at least two (2) years of supervisory or upper-level administrative experience, and a Bachelor’s degree are required. Compensation
Salary range is $168,638 - $252,957. Pay beyond the control point of $210,798 may be awarded DOQE. Salary supplemented by a competitive benefits package. Closing date: 11:59 pm on Monday, January 19, 2026. Resources
