Senior Analyst, Relationship Management – Liberty Mutual Investments Join us as a Senior Analyst in the Relationship Management team at Liberty Mutual Investments (LMI).

Base pay range: $100,000 – $185,000 per year.

Position Summary The RM team serves as the strategic hub for LMI’s investment partner engagement. We are seeking a Senior Analyst to provide analytical and operational support, enabling scale, efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making across partner engagement activities.

Responsibilities

Maintain DealCloud data hygiene and governance, and build standard dashboards for leadership and investment teams.

Prepare partner teasheets by consolidating data from multiple sources into clear summaries.

Support relationship planning and targeting by translating CRM activity into engagement priorities.

Help maintain RM materials and internal references for consistent execution.

Standardize and centralize RM workflows, templates, and reporting definitions.

Provide pre‑meeting support, follow‑up coordination, and tracking against engagement priorities.

Analyze engagement activity to surface actionable insights for strategy and prioritization.

Qualifications

3–6+ years in relationship management, investor relations, or a comparable stakeholder‑facing role in asset management or financial services.

Ability to produce executive‑ready outputs such as summaries and partner briefs with strong attention to detail.

Strong project‑management, prioritization, and stakeholder‑management skills.

Experience with CMS platforms – DealCloud preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable.

Trust‑building, ambiguity navigation, and partnership across senior stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to synthesize multiple inputs into clear outputs.

Familiarity with private markets (PE, private credit, real assets).

Strong AI literacy and use of AI‑enabled tools to enhance speed and insight while maintaining compliance.

Pay Philosophy The full salary range reflects competitive market value and offers opportunities for progression. Additional compensation may include commission and/or bonus as outlined in LMI's compensation plan.
