Switchboard Hiring
Job Description
Switchboard is looking for a Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a B2B SaaS company.
What You'll Do
Implement a cloud-based solution for external customers, managing 6-10 projects simultaneously with project timelines ranging from 2-6 months
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle—conducting demos, facilitating training sessions, organizing weekly check‑in calls, and managing stakeholder communications
Act as the bridge between customers and internal teams, collaborating with developers on customizations, and explaining technical functionality to both non‑technical customers and the technical team
Manage approximately 50% customer‑facing activities and 50% internal coordination tasks, balancing direct customer interaction with collaboration on technical specifications and project logistics
Own the day‑to‑day operational execution of implementations—taking notes, sending reminders, organizing meetings, and keeping all stakeholders aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables
Requirements
3+ years of external facing project management or implementation experience
Comfort working with technical teams and concepts — you don't need to code, but you should be able to understand technical requirements, communicate with developers, and explain technical functionality to non‑technical stakeholders (think APIs, configurations, integrations)
Experience with cloud‑based software implementations and ideally some exposure to ERP systems
Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you'll manage 6-10 projects at once, ranging from 2‑8 months each, and consistently meet milestones in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift
Learning and adaptability — you develop new skills, take on different responsibilities, and contribute beyond your core role; you look for opportunities to improve processes rather than doing the same job the same way every day
Strong organizational and communication skills — you consistently maintain up‑to‑date project plans and documentation, proactively keep stakeholders aligned, and effectively facilitate meetings between customers, sales, support, and technical teams
Experience collaborating across teams — you ask thoughtful questions, actively support teammates, and value working in a collaborative environment with a family‑oriented culture
Spanish language skills (bonus)
Benefits Location: Dallas, TX - (hybrid, 1-2 days in office per week)
Compensation: $85K - $100K, plus bonus
Health, dental, and vision coverage starting your first full month
401(k) with employer match
Life insurance, short and long‑term disability insurance
Generous paid time off + 11 paid holidays + 1 paid volunteer day
Paid parental and sick leave
Sponsorship not available. Position only available to those within the US with legal authorization to work.
