This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Service Delivery Technical Project Manager
to lead customer onboarding and delivery of data center infrastructure solutions for a rapidly growing national digital infrastructure operator. The company is expanding its U.S. footprint and is seeking a hands‑on, customer‑focused technical leader to manage all phases of service delivery — from solution handoff through deployment, activation, and ongoing operational transition.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end service delivery for data center customer deployments, ensuring on‑time activation and high customer satisfaction
Serve as primary technical project contact for customers, coordinating requirements, schedules, and communication
Manage implementation of colocation, network connectivity, power, and equipment installation
Coordinate across operations, network engineering, facilities, and vendors to ensure successful deployment
Maintain project plans, documentation, status reports, and risk tracking
Drive issue resolution, escalations, and adherence to SLAs
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and quality
Qualifications
5+ years in service delivery, technical project management, or implementation within data center, colocation, or managed services environments
Experience managing multiple customer deployments simultaneously
Technical understanding of data center infrastructure (power, networking, rack/stack)
Strong organizational, scheduling, and stakeholder/customer management skills
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana)
Excellent communication and customer‑facing abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred
