About the Role We’re seeking a
Technical Product Manager
to lead the evolution of our internal platform into a product that developers love. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product strategy, and developer experience. You’ll define the vision, set the roadmap, and drive measurable outcomes across reliability, security, cost optimization, and developer velocity.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and refine platform vision and multi-quarter roadmap, aligning with business and engineering priorities.
Backlog & Delivery Management:
Prioritize initiatives using impact, cost savings, and adoption metrics; ensure timely delivery through structured sprint processes.
Developer Experience:
Productize platform capabilities (CI/CD pipelines, service templates, observability) and champion self-service adoption via an Internal Developer Portal.
Reliability & Security:
Partner with engineering and security teams to implement SLOs, error budgets, and policy-as-code for compliance and resilience.
Cost Optimization:
Own cloud cost KPIs, implement savings strategies, and publish transparent cost reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Lead cross-functional forums, run user research, and deliver clear documentation and enablement assets.
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years in technical product management or platform product roles
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, and observability
Experience building self-service platforms and internal developer portals
Proven track record in FinOps and cost optimization
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
Background as an engineer or SRE; ability to read code and infrastructure definitions
Familiarity with Backstage (IDP), Service Catalog, GitHub Actions, Argo/Flux
Experience with multi-region active/active, resilience patterns, and zero-downtime upgrade strategies.
Exposure to PCI/SOX/PII constraints in consumer transactions.
Experience in marketplaces with seasonal traffic spikes
