Lead your team consistently to meet service, cleanliness, and quality standards. Provide smiling, friendly service to guests. Ensure your store meets daily sales, service, food, and labor goals. Manage a million-dollar business through high energy and high standards. Hire, coach, mentor, and develop a successful team. Help prepare and serve delicious southern foods.
