We’re looking for a
Solutions Architect
to own the
post‑sales technical relationship and implementation
for our enterprise customers. You will be responsible for getting customers live, driving adoption, and ensuring long‑term success on the platform. This is a
customer‑facing role with real ownership , sitting between customers, Product, Engineering, and Sales. What you’ll do
Own
post‑sales delivery
for enterprise customers, from onboarding through steady‑state usage Lead
implementations , including data setup, workflow design, integrations, and rollout planning Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during and after implementation Manage ongoing
account technical health , usage, and adoption in partnership with Customer Success Translate customer needs into
clear product feedback and feature requests Support Sales with late‑stage
technical scoping and handover
to ensure smooth implementations What we’re looking for
Experience as a
Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Customer Engineer, or Implementation Consultant Strong
post‑sales and implementation experience
in an enterprise SaaS environment Proven track record delivering products for
enterprise customers Comfortable owning multiple customer relationships and implementations in parallel Clear communicator with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Nice to have
SaaS product solutions experience for enterprise customers Computer science or technical background Previous hands‑on technical or technical product experience Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams Seniority level
