About the Team The Engineering & Product organization at CoreWeave is responsible for building and scaling the next‑generation public cloud for accelerated workloads. This fast‑moving, highly technical group partners closely with leaders across the company to deliver reliable, high‑performance infrastructure for AI/ML and other GPU‑intensive use cases.

About the Role The Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the SVP of Engineering, ensuring day‑to‑day operations run smoothly while enabling focus on strategic priorities. The role manages complex scheduling across time zones, coordinates travel and expenses, and supports key meetings, events, and deliverables. The position also plays a leadership role within the Engineering & Product Executive Assistant team, helping drive consistency, prioritization, and operational excellence across administrative support. Success in this role requires strong execution, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with urgency and autonomy in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities While a full list is detailed above, key responsibilities include:

Managing complex scheduling across time zones

Coordinating travel, expenses, and event logistics

Supporting key meetings, events, and deliverables

Driving consistency and operational excellence within the EA team

Who You Are

3–5+ years of experience providing executive support to Senior Director‑ or VP‑level leaders

Demonstrated project management experience, including tracking deliverables and driving tasks to completion

Proficiency with Google Workspace (Calendar, Docs, Sheets), Slack, and Microsoft Office

Experience coordinating travel, expenses, and event logistics (meetings, all‑hands, off‑sites)

Proven ability to improve and scale administrative or operational processes

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously across teams, locations, and time zones

Experience with document writing, editing, and preparation for executive‑level audiences

Prior experience mentoring or leading peers within an administrative or EA function

Preferred

Experience supporting engineering, product, or other highly technical organizations

Prior experience operating in a high‑growth or fast‑scaling company

Compensation The base salary range for this role is $98,000 to $143,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to base salary, a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility) are available.
