Graze Craze Oak Hill in Austin, TX is looking for a general manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is ambitious, punctual, and resourceful.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily business operations including but not limited to consultations, sales, creating proposals, marketing, sales follow ups, purchasing, recruiting, scheduling, inventory management, managing deliveries, and grazing table set ups.
Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed
Creating social media videos and managing Graze Craze social media channels
Managing Graze Craze CRMs and crafting email campaigns to Graze Craze customers
Crating and executing ideas to meet / exceed monthly growth / sales quotas for the store
Managing sales / labor ratios to ensure efficient use of resources
Maintain excellent customer service standards
Manage profit and loss figures
Ensuring daily inventory levels can meet orders / demand
Managing procurement and payables from vendors
Continuously improving and optimizing store processes to improve operations and customer service standard
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace
Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
5+ years experience in food service management
