Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Store Manager or Grazeologist located in Woodinville, WA. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining product quality and inventory, implementing loss prevention strategies, and fostering exceptional customer experiences. The role also involves driving team performance, handling communication with employees and customers, and achieving sales objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create memorable experiences for clients and promptly address their needs.
Proven Store Management experience and expertise in Retail operations, including managing teams and meeting sales goals.
Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention practices to ensure inventory accuracy and reduce shrinkage.
Excellent Communication skills for effectively interacting with team members, addressing customer queries, and maintaining team motivation.
Ability to work effectively in an on‑site environment and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
Prior experience in the hospitality or food service industry is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in retail management or business are advantageous.
