Role Description We are seeking a full‑time General Manager for our SouthPark, NC location. This on‑site role involves overseeing the store’s operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include driving sales, managing budgets, leading and developing staff, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining merchandising standards. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, implement strategies to achieve business goals, and create a culture that promotes teamwork, inclusion, and accountability. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment Business acumen, strategic planning, and prior experience with budget management and achieving sales goals Proficiency in problem‑solving, decision‑making, and handling operational challenges in a retail environment Customer service and communication skills, with an ability to connect with a diverse customer base Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and make data‑driven decisions Flexibility to work on‑site and availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Prior experience in retail management is preferred
